So I think any school can participate.

# Reach Karishma Chowk, Kothrud (there is a McDonalds near the Chowk)
# Ask for Mayur Colony or Jog School from any auto-wala [it is 1st right turn if you have reached Karishma Chowk while coming from Null Stop]
# Once you take the turn look for HDFC Bank or Axis Bank or Jog School or Bal Sikshan Mandir --- the 2 school are very popular in that area.
# The venue is adjacent to Bal Sikshan Mandir, near HDFC Bank

One popular coffee joint is Durga Cafe [famous for its Cold Coffee @ Rs. 15/-]

get in touch with Business Consultants for getting in touch with the right people in the companies responsible for handling sponsrships. Once you know the right contact, you will have to approach them yourself with the detailed plan of the event.

@4d2617b1dcd71bda330b687d85c3024b having a solid plan in place(what sponsors would get in return of their money) would impress sponsors. Getting a person as part of your event who is well regarded in the region would definitely help.
